The product detail page indicates if we have the item in stock. If an item is out of stock, the quantity field will indicate when it is expected to be available again, assuming there is a confirmed delivery date.

When filing a complaint, please indicate your customer number, item number, quantity and reason for the complaint. Please note that we accept selected items both domestically and internationally. The shipping cost depends on the country of delivery, the system will automatically display the cost of the order (if any). In Cyprus, delivery is free of charge over an order of 50 Euros. We care about reducing additional costs for buyers, so we take on part of the costs and guarantee delivery across Europe with the lowest courier service costs.
